We were pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel, just around the corner from the main street. It made exploring the town very convenient for us. The hotel had a warm, family atmosphere and the staff, including the waiter and owner, spoke English, which was a big plus for communication. We absolutely loved the cozy courtyard with the restaurant, especially because finding a good place to eat in the mornings can be difficult in Bansko. The Bulgarian omelette called "Mish Mash" was a must-try and the prices were excellent. We rate our experience here a perfect 10 out of 10 and will definitely return.

Lovely family, incredibly helpful. Great food, clean and thoroughly enjoyed our time there! The grandad kindly drove us to the gondala when it was heavily snowing. They really made our trip extra special. Looking forward to our next trip there!

The room at Mamin Kolio was perfect for me as a disabled guest. It had a cozy seating area where I could relax and a balcony with a lovely view. The private bathroom had a shower which was easy for me to access. The free WiFi was a bonus too!
The only thing I didn't enjoy as much was the satellite TV in the room. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

The apartment was surprisingly spacious with comfortable beds and a basic kitchen. the breakfast at the onsite restaurant was delicious and the service was great. the owners were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. the location was not an issue for us as we came for hiking in the nearby mountains and the parking was convenient.
The apartment was on the second floor without an elevator. There were some noise disruptions during the night from trash collection and a noisy radiator.
